We kindly ask all guests inc children over 4yr to wear a facemask at check in when I have to speak to you in close distance  (only).

Please note that guest has no access to our kitchen. 

Mini fridge in room with milk for tea making.

Plates etc available in communal dining room for take away to be consumed.

Microwave /toaster in commucal area.

No  room cleaning service during your stay less than 3 nights stay unless requested.

Baby cot free for under 2yrs by advance arrangement.

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

For the booking more than 1 night, 

unless  we manage to re-let your room(s) witthin 3-14 days of your arrival date, 

then remaining balance  will be charged. 

(i.e. If your arrival date is 15th April, then 100% charge from midnight of 1st of April.)

Cancellation or shortening the duration of your stay on or after your arrival date will be cahrged 100%.  

 

Bank Transfer or Paypal may be considered with nominal extra charge with full amount upfront / non refundable. 

 

We are on Air B&B but price is set higher as they take service fee from you and us.

Some dates are not available on Air B&B  but only available on direct enquiries. 

 

Any bookings for a 3rd party/person, will be charged full amount upfront and is non refundable.
