Perfect for those who wish to wake up with sunshine.

You will be able to see sunrise and moon over the sea from your bed.

Please note that your bathroom will be one floor downstairs when you take this room, if the other room is taken. Bathrobes provided.

Guest wishing to have baby cot will need to book this room.

Our Georgean building is 300 years old, grade 2  listed. Not allowed to have double glazed window on front of property.

We have some damp problems ( not mouldy/smelly) which is not able to sort out by many builders we tried.

In stormy day, this room may experience draft, or noise from street in weekend evenings as window is single glazed wooded frame.

Land View Double Room

This room is quiet at night, not facing on our High Street.

If you prefer total peace, we recommend this room.

The room is slightly smaller than the  sea view room, but your bathroom is located just outside your door.

This room has a pull-out sofa mattress which can take one extra child or smaller person with extra charge.

The mattress is the size of a sleeping bag, and is floor level ( not sofa bed). When this mattress is out, there will be no space left for your self to maneuver around in the room.

Room will be only suitable for sleeping.

Our Bed and Breakfast is situated on the first and second floor above the bookshop.

You are most welcome to use the sea view sitting/dining room on the first floor to have your take away, and watch TV/DVD, or just chill yourself out.

I kindly ask you to tidy up  table and your belonging when you leave this communal room, if you are not the only guest in the house.

Please do take a note that our old listed building may not meet your standard of modern living comfort. Spiders loves to hide and seek in cracks, and books good at collecting dusts in this 300 years old drafty property on windy sea front.

Laundry service is available for small charge for the guest staying more than 2 nights.

Extra Fridge, Microwave, Plates etc for take away are available in the dining room.
